Talent Acquisition Specialist

Corporate - HR
  1. Build talent pool (internal/external) for all the critical roles.
  2. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  3. Manage end to end recruitment cycle for the candidate till closure to ensure outstanding candidate experience
  4. Arrange and Coordinate the interview with the panel for the experienced candidates and collect Feedback.

  1. 1 - 2 years of industry experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
  2. Bachelors/master’s degree in any discipline.
  3. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  4. Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
  5. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  6. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  7. Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  8. Excellent communicator & a leader and strategic thinker
