Job Brief: Experienced full-time video anchor and creator, working out of our Studio in Gurgaon.

1. Execute the ideation, planning, and execution of a variety of social media video production projects as part of the overall video marketing strategy. This will include animated short-form social media engagement videos, subject matter expert talking head videos, customer stories, social media themes, tending, tropical, wish posts, and animated product explainers.

2. Work with the content marketing team and serve as an executive on video content production and post-production processes, to integrate video content as an integral medium for our content marketing campaigns.

3. Help Brand Marketing Managers scope projects and develop product-related videos. This will include, supporting scriptwriting, mood board & color palette planning, storyboard & visual style, voice-over, illustrations, and animation.

4. Develop external freelancer relations and management to support and scale video projects.

5. Managing library of video assets.

6. Own social media video consumption KPIs, on YouTube and LinkedIn.

7. Prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder videos simultaneously, while meeting KPI targets.

8. Utilize analytics to identify areas to grow our digital media portfolio to drive increased adoption and marketing penetration rate.

1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end video production and editing in a marketing team.

2. Power user of an advanced video editing application and motion graphics application.

3. Experience with video capture setup.

4. Experience with storyboarding.

5. Experience working in a revenue-driven marketing team is a plus.

6. Experience with video SEO is a plus.

7. A sizzle reel and portfolio of previous projects are a must.
