Job Description
 Creating a business plan for the financial year for the existing portfolio. Collaborate with marketing
to develop shopper mktg and category mktg plans in ecommerce 
 Heading end to end e-commerce (D2C) function of the organization
 Deliver sales target by executing ecommerce platform level strategy and partnerships that can help in
incremental growth with strong focus on margin
 Competition Tracking: Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data
analysis to predict customer behavior and market dynamics.
 Driving traffic from Retail to Online and vice versa to increase loyalty and frequency of purchase to
increase customer lifetime value.
• Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable
business growth on e-commerce.
 Partner with peers, esp., Retail, Brand & Brand Experience to deliver a holistic digital Brand
Experience.
 Develop a short-term and long-term plan for growth and report on a regular basis
 Responsible to understand customer requirements and presenting appropriate offer to make a sale

multiple stakeholders


Job Requirement
Total Experience of 5+ years
 Should be well versed with the ways of E Com working, Channel Relationships
 Understanding of Variables that influence purchase in E Com- Search Marketing On E Com
 Browse Marketing Tools & Properties in E Com- Terms of trade by channels and competitive
understanding
 Mobile/Handset experience would be preferred but adjacent categories like accessories, talktime
can also be evaluated
 5+ years of exclusive experience in managing E Com channels
