Driving traffic from Retail to Online and vice versa to increase loyalty and frequency of purchase to
increase customer lifetime value.
• Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable
business growth on e-commerce.
Partner with peers, esp., Retail, Brand & Brand Experience to deliver a holistic digital Brand
Experience.
Develop a short-term and long-term plan for growth and report on a regular basis
Responsible to understand customer requirements and presenting appropriate offer to make a sale
