Job Description
Job Brief: Cashify is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager (MARCOM) to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. You'll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

  1. Identify research needs, execute and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
  2. Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction (internal and external communication)
  3. Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
  4. Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, Push|Emailer|SMS|Banners, monthly PR for Cashify & services
  5. Maintaining and implementing an annual/monthly marketing calendar
  6. Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand
Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course-correcting as required
Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies, to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets

Job Requirement
1. Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager.
2. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
4. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
5. Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
6. Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
7. Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices & outstanding communication skills.
8. Degree in marketing or a related field.
9. Minimum of 4+ years of experience required
10. MBA/PGDM required
